What is a Shared Report?

A Shared Report allows to send content from report pages to other users using email address by scheduling once or on repeat.

Difference between a Shared Report and an Alert?

If you are looking to have graphs, charts, & statistical answers sent to you, you should choose ‘Share a Report,’ which is located in ‘Share’ interface.

On the other hand, Alerts are quick notifications about changes in your dataset that are based on a set of rules you provide during the set up.

How do I create a Shared Report?

To set a Shared Report, click on 'Share' & choose whether you would like to share a ‘Report’ or an ‘Alert.’

Types of Shared Reports

There are 2 options to Shared Reports – ‘Send a PDF’ & ‘Send a public link’. Both options share the same interface.

’Select one page’ option opens the list with all report pages, available on the public section for Reports menu. Only a page can be selected at one time.

The Information Section lets you title each shared report and customize the list of recipients within your organization. Email addresses are required to activate alerts.
