Steps : 

1. Calls for Twitter mentions via the API are redacted. This is due to the Twitter compliance policy: https://dev.twitter.com/overview/terms/policy#f-be-a-good-partner-to-twitter
2. This means that we are unable to share Twitter data such: content, author information, URL.
3. The only type data is able to share is the Tweet ID via our API, you can refer more information from our API document https://rest.synthesio.com/doc/#api-mention-39-s-resources.
4. To be able to acquire the content of a Tweet, it needs to be re-hydrated.
5. To do so, using the Tweet ID, you should call the Twitter public API: https://developer.twitter.com/en/developer-terms/more-on-restricted-use-cases
